The Port Arthur International Seafarers' Center and the Port of Port Arthur invite you to the Seaman's Memorial Sundial (1100 4th Street) at 10:00 am on May 22 to honor past mariners, followed by complimentary lunch at the Port Arthur International Seafarers Center (401 Houston Ave.)
